Adjusting To New Normal
Before visiting, a telephone consultation is carried out to ensure client has no Covid-19 symptoms or in contact with infected others.
During the consultation we note your medical history, medications, current foot problems discussed.
Urgent cases are prioritised. If client is unwell with Covid-19 symptoms, they are advised to test and if necessary self isolate for 14 days.

Our Protocol
Social distancing is encouraged and reinforced as far as possible during visit.
- Client is encouraged to wear surgical mask whilst receiving treatment.
- The time will be limited during the visit to the shortest duration to reduce exposure without reducing professional expertise.
- Hands are sanitised before treatment.
- Practitioner wears recommended PPE, to include surgical mask , disposable apron, gloves and visor.
- All PPE is ‘double’ plastic bagged before being disposed of.
- Wash hands and dry with paper towel and sanitise on leaving client Advise further appointment will be given re telephone.
